Michael has always been fascinated by how things come to life: creating, designing, building, and learning everything he can along the way. That curiosity shaped his education. Rather than follow a single path, he studied aerospace engineering, 3D modeling, architecture, art, and industrial design, building a wide set of skills that connect technical precision with creative vision.
Today, Michael brings that mix of engineering discipline and design sensibility to every Momentous project. His work spans a wide variety of project types, many of which you can explore in our Project Gallery.
Above all, Michael is driven to deliver the very best, both in the quality of the work and in the experience of working with Momentous. Every project he takes on adds to a deep well of knowledge, and he pours everything he has learned from that wide variety of work into each new one. For Michael, success isn’t just finishing a project. It’s making sure every client walks away with something they’re truly proud of.
Yogesh Mogal
Head of Operations, India Branch
Yogesh brings 22+ years of experience in Architecture, BIM, Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), and MEP coordination, pairing deep AEC expertise with a focus on operational excellence and project delivery.
He has led BIM implementation, standards development, QA/QC, workflow optimization, and multidisciplinary coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP projects. He builds scalable processes that improve collaboration, quality, and performance.
Yogesh has worked with clients across the U.S., Europe, and India. He turns client expectations into results through onsite project setup, offshore delivery management, resource planning, and proposal support.
He is also a committed mentor. He has recruited and developed high-performing teams, set up KPIs and performance frameworks, and worked with HR, Finance, Sales, and Technology to build teams and systems for long-term growth. His blend of technical knowledge, operational leadership, and commercial understanding helps deliver quality, consistency, and value to our clients.
